ABR Air Conditioner with Heat Pipe
Air Condition with heat pipe combines with heat pipe and active cooling technology together perfectly to achieve the highest efficiency operation. When the heat pipe system is working, it introduces outdoor cool air into heat exchanger of heat pipe through the induced draught fan for energy exchange, then introduces hot air from equipment room into the heat pipe heat exchanger for heat exchange through the forced draught fan and then sends it back to the communication room to cool communication equipment, thus reducing the compressor’s running time, extending its life expectancy, saving cost for operation and maintenance to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The Energy Efficiency Ratio of air conditioner is around 3.0, while it of heat exchanger of heat pipe is around 8.
When the weather is hot, it runs air conditioner. When it is cool, for example, if there is a 6℃ temperature difference, it runs heat pipe. The intelligent controller can switch the function between air conditioner and heat pipe. This series of products can be widely developed for base station, computer room, IDC data center, shelter cooling area.
